Powell, 25, made 31 appearances for Maidstone United in the National League last season – scoring four goals. The former West Ham youngster joined the Stones from Ebbsfleet United, where he played 56 games in the National League and scored 21 goals. Powell also made seven appearances during a brief spell with Millwall, before continuing his experience into the National League.

Following a hugely successful 2018/19 season, Jack earned himself a move back into the Football League with Crawley Town.

Speaking about Jack’s arrival at Core Sports, Jamie Strong said: “Jack has a great attitude and is driven by a desire to progress his career with us. He works hard, is creative in midfield and has very good energy levels. He is a great character with Football League experience, and is exactly the type of player and person that we look for here at Core Sports.”

We would like to wish Jack the best of luck for the season ahead and a warm welcome to the Core Sports team.
