Shamar Moore was delighted to make his debut against Luton Town and is eager for more first-team football after impressing in the Carabao Cup this week.
Moore replaced Vassell and joined Bogle in attack. He was lively, quick and impressed on his professional debut.
The Bluebirds youth product recently signed a professional contract following his release from Reading in the summer after training with Core Sports to ensure he was ready for an opportunity.
Core Sports Intermediary Paul Hayes said: “Shamar is a young centre-forward who has started the season strongly. He has worked hard to earn this opportunity having been in training with us this summer. We continue to work closely with him to make sure he is ready for the next opportunity and is developing as well as we know he can”
Moore said: “It was a great feeling to make my debut but I wanted to come on and get us back in the game. I’m always confident and determined and I hope I showed the manager what I’m capable of. I have really enjoyed my time with the club since being here and really want to kick on and establish myself in the first team now.
It was a great experience and a dream come true. I would like to thank my parents because I wouldn’t be where I am without them and Core Sports who have helped me since I first joined them.”
All of the Core Sports Team are excited to watch Shamar develop this season and wish him all the best as he continues to work hard and push on throughout the 2019/20 campaign.
